New rights for passengers within the EC
The Regulation (EC) No 1371/2007 on rail passengers’ rights and obligations (PRR) entered into force on 3 December 2009. This Regulation having a significant impact on contracts of international carriage by rail, the CIT has amended its documentation to take account of the PRR. In practice, the new regulations will have an impact on all CIT members, including those based outside the European Union. More >>>
