Law in action – up-coming CIT NEWS special legal edition 3/2026

The CIT General Secretariat would like to draw readers’ attention to the next issue of CIT NEWS 3/2026. This forthcoming issue will be a special legal edition featuring annotated legal cases from European and national courts and national enforcement bodies. It will also be an opportunity and a forum for legal practitioners at CIT members to comment on and present various recent legal cases and court decisions in international and European rail transport law. We are convinced that railway transport law thrives through its application in practice and thus complements the CIT practice-oriented products for passengers, freight and infrastructure use.

We hope this special legal CIT NEWS edition meets with the interest of our members and readers, and we would very much welcome your feedback and suggestions for improvement.
